How to Delete Your Account
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Follow the instructions below to delete your account and associated data.
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion
Log into your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email
Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@pulsemark.digifrica.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Upon deletion, we remove your account information, profile data, social media connections, content history, analytics data, and billing information.
Data Retention
Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, such as transaction records for tax compliance. Anonymized data may also be retained.
Third-Party Data
Deleting your Pulsemark account does not automatically delete content published to third-party social media platforms. You must delete that content directly on the respective platform.
